John has coached my daughter for several years and I am always amazed at his ability to work with young women and really bring out the best in them. He isn't a yeller, but when he speaks, the girls listen. His practices are organized and work on both skill building and game play scenarios. The teams he has coached always have successful seasons but more, the team mates respect and care for each other. Also, he is wonderful with his assistant coaches, giving them advance practice plans so they can be leverages to their fullest. If John is coaching a team, I try to have my child playing on it.
